Art of Harvesting Training 2026

Sabine Soeder
Sabine (she/her) is a strategic flow-architect bridging visual, dialogical, and systemic organizational development. She supports individuals, teams, and organizations to see the 'bigger picture' and co-create new structures and processes to navigate complexity successfully. Her process design is rooted in the principles of Clarify, Co-Create, and Nourish (inspired by the Swedish 'Näringsliv' - nourishing life for business), creating spaces for meaningful connection and transformation.
With over 15 years of experience practicing Art of Hosting/Participatory Leadership, Sabine brings particular expertise in visual harvesting. As founder of CoCreativeFlow in Frankfurt, Germany, she works throughout Europe facilitating systemic change and collaborative innovation across private sector organizations, government institutions (national and European level), and academia.

Justas Kučinskas
Justas (he/him) is a key-note speaker with a degree in philosophy, group learning facilitator, and the founder of MOVI practice (Movement Vilnius). He brings together years of embodiment research, group learning, and participatory leadership practices (Art of Hosting) to create transformative experiences for individuals and organizations.
Under the guidance of Arawana Hayashi from the Presencing Institute and inspired by Otto Scharmer’s Theory U, Justas has developed a unique, embodied process that helps participants navigate and influence the dynamics of evolving social environments.
Justas leads Movement Fundamentals courses and daily Embodied Transformation practices at Movement Vilnius, Lithuania. He also teaches the Embodied Leadership course at ISM University of Management and Economics and the Movement in Complexity course at the Youth Initiative Program in Sweden.

Mansi Jasuja ✨ मानसी जसूजा
Mansi (she/her) offers a deep connection to life with art, humour, stories, creative inspirations & a lot of colourful energy. Originating from India & living in the Netherlands since the year 2000 Rooted in deep family and cultural values of social justice, equality, and sewa (service), she embodies the spirit of a warrior of the heart, a legacy carried from her Sikh heritage and her yoga practice.
An environmentalist since the age of four, Mansi followed that calling, working across architectural & urban environmental disciplines with organisations like the UN, EU, and CARE-India. In 2008, a visceral sense of climate urgency led her to reorient, unlearn, and relearn, stepping into a new path of purpose. For the past 15 years, she has been dedicated to facilitating participatory leadership, systems change, DEI and amplifying collective impact.
An international speaker, artist-sensemaker, & process design geek, Mansi loves creating participatory spaces where people connect, transform, and bring bold ideas to life. She often finds herself hosting the edges and tending the margins, where the unheard & unseen begin to lead.

Laura Grassi
Laura (she/her) supports organisations & communities to navigate the complexity of the work they do by fostering collaboration & creating an environment characterized by participation, engagement & trust. Over the past 10 years she has worked with local governments, European institutions, developmental NGOs, Philanthropic organisations and social enterprises, to support these organizations and institutions in working collaboratively and addressing our most pressing societal issues through a new lens of collaboration and active participation.
In her work, Laura brings together different methodologies such as “The Art of Hosting Participatory Leadership”, U-theory, Process Design, Deep Democracy and NonViolent Communication in order to offer a unique approach to collaboration and organizational development. Originally from Italy, Laura has been living for the past several years in the Netherlands, working both with local organisations as well as internationally.

Steph Blake
Steph (they/them) is a facilitator and coordinator dedicated to guiding individuals, organisations, and communities through the current shifting and challenging times. With a deep passion for creating spaces that foster collective wisdom and collaborative solutions, they bring extensive experience in project coordination, conflict mediation, and participatory leadership within the Dutch climate movement and alternative education in Sweden.
With the Art of Hosting firmly in their offering, Steph has managed national climate justice initiatives, coordinated large-scale actions, and facilitated collaboration among diverse stakeholders to advance meaningful change. Rooted in practices of deep listening, inclusive space hosting, and the transformative power of (un)learning, they are committed to empowering communities and organisations to navigate complexity and adapt with resilience
