Mansi Jasuja ✨ मानसी जसूजा

Mansi (she/her) walks as a warrior of the heart, weaving her Sikh heritage, eco-feminist values and environmental and design artistry into participatory spaces that reclaim wholeness. From practicing architecture in Delhi to designing and hosting meaningful conversations globally, now based in The Hague, she moves with ease between boardrooms and circles, policy and poetry, science and spirit.

She has worked within complex institutions - including the United Nations, European Union, international NGOs, business and academia - listening deeply and turning awareness into movement and possibility. An environmentalist since the age of four, a visceral sense of climate urgency in 2008 led her to unlearn, relearn and reimagine how change happens.

For almost 20 years, Mansi has supported leaders, teams and communities to slow down, see the whole and take wiser collective steps. Through participatory leadership, systems thinking and emergent design, she helps build trust, bridge divides and turn difficult conversations into shared direction - bringing humour, colour and generous energy to every space she holds and stewards.

Laura Grassi

Laura (she/her) supports organizations & communities to navigate the complexity of the work they do by fostering collaboration & creating an environment characterized by participation, engagement & trust. Over the past 10 years she has worked with local governments, European institutions, developmental NGOs, Philanthropic organizations and social enterprises, to support these organizations and institutions in working collaboratively and addressing our most pressing societal issues through a new lens of collaboration and active  participation.

In her work, Laura brings together different methodologies such as “The Art of Hosting Participatory Leadership”, U-theory, Process Design, Deep Democracy and NonViolent Communication in order to offer a unique approach to collaboration and organizational development. Originally from Italy, Laura has been living for the past several years in the Netherlands, working both with local organizations as well as internationally.

Maria Scordialos

Maria (she/her) is a process artist, host and social entrepreneur, creating the conditions for individuals, teams and leaders to live their fullest potential. She offers her natural ability to see patterns, create structure and design processes so that new solutions and forms can be co-created.

Maria is a co-initiator of the Art of Hosting and Harvesting Meaningful Conversations (also known as Participatory Leadership), and also a co-founder of Living Wholeness Institute, a consultancy and place of learning with nature in Greece.

Maria has applied her practice of participatory leadership through being a consultant for over 20 years working in a wide range of contexts from the European Union Institutions, Agencies and bodies to foundations and non-profit organisations as well as through working with multi-disciplinary networks, social movements and activists.

Mohamed El Mongy

Mohamed EL MONGY, Egyptian born, founder of Sycamore Consulting, and the NILE Journeys,  is an environmental consultant and a professional dialogue facilitator, researcher in collective processes, trainer and mediator with 26 years of experience working across sectors in more than 20 countries, mainly within Africa.  His experience is applied in different fields of sustainable development -mainly in Africa-, grassroot civil society, gender and adult epistemology.

He earned his MSc. degree in Environment and Development from Edinburgh University and his PhD in integral theory in water conflicts and security at Davinci Institute in South Africa.

Sara Huang 黃詩惠

At the core of Sara’s work lies a belief in the power of collaborative, embodied, and trusting environments to make the invisible visible and the unspoken heard. She is a heart-based consultant and human-centered facilitator with nearly two decades of experience in the field and proven track record of success in facilitating change within government organizations, grassroots movements, and corporations.

She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration, certification in Power Intelligence combined with being a diplomate in Processwork (the highest level in Process Oriented Psychology). Sara specializes in crafting transformative spaces that foster connection and collaboration. Using generative conflict to drive progress. Sara draws from various disciplines, including Deep Democracy, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, Theory U, visual facilitation, and the experience she gains from every engagement she facilitates.

Steph Blake

Steph (they/them) is a facilitator and coordinator dedicated to guiding individuals, organisations, and communities through the current shifting and challenging times. With a deep passion for creating spaces that foster collective wisdom and collaborative solutions, they bring extensive experience in project coordination, conflict mediation, and participatory leadership within the Dutch climate movement and alternative education in Sweden.

With the Art of Hosting firmly in their offering, Steph has managed national climate justice initiatives, coordinated large-scale actions, and facilitated collaboration among diverse stakeholders to advance meaningful change. Rooted in practices of deep listening, inclusive space hosting, and the transformative power of (un)learning, they are committed to empowering communities and organisations to navigate complexity and adapt with resilience
